Festive Touch approached us requiring a website to sell their Christmas product. They needed a crisp, professional and seasonal website that encapsulated what the product was about. We opted for the traditional Christmas colours of gold and red, together with the atmospheric blue night sky. The end result is precisely what the owner required.

The purpose of the website was to promote and sell their letters and this required a payment process for customers and, finally, integration with our payment provider, Protx.

In the admin suite, Festive Touch needed tools to manage what orders were coming in and, importantly, an export facility to format the data for their needs.

The website was updated, for Christmas 2009, in order to integrate SMS text messages, into the system. Customers can now order text messages, and these are scheduled and sent automatically, through the system. As part of this work, we re-designed the entire purchasing facility to make it more user-friendly and adaptable to further product changes.
