Each business has different payment needs to the next, which is why we offer flexible payment plans to suit you.
We offer three types of payment method to our customers - standard, installments and monthly. The differences between are such that you should be able to find one that suits how you wish to pay for your website.
Standard payment usually involves two separate payments - a deposit and a settlement. For projects over a certain size, we ask for a 20% deposit up front. You then pay nothing until your website is complete, at which point you pay the remaining 80% in full. There are no further payments after this date (except annual hosting), unless you have taken up one of our maintenance plans or require additional work.
Advantages: Requiring only two payments makes this a simple process, with no on-going fees to worry about.
As with standard payments, we usually take a 20% deposit up front. However, the remaining 80% can be split into monthly repayments, usually over a period of six months. Once the full invoice is paid, your payments stop and, as with standard payments, you will not have to pay anything more.
Please note that the availability of this payment method is entirely at our discretion.
Advantages: Interest-free repayments, allowing you to spread the bill over a few months, makes this more managable. No on-going fees to worry about after completion of your payment.
The third option minimises what you have to pay up front, thus allowing you to spread payment over a longer, more consistent, period. At the outset, we will take a setup fee and then you will pay a set monthly fee for continued lease of the website, including hosting. This is a great option for businesses that do not have the capital to pay for the website up front and means you only have a fixed monthly fee to contend with. Changes beyond this can either be paid for in full, as normal, or can be added onto your monthly charge.
In addition, we can also provide a Google Adwords promotional service as part of this plan.
Advantages: No large amounts to pay, easy fixed monthly payments.
